Walt's Hat Blocks

I custom make each block according to your specifications. Crown and brim blocks are priced from $90 up depending upon style, size, options and quantities, plus shipping. Crown blocks are made oval to the size and shape you specify and brim blocks are made round to 30" maximum diameter, or oval to 19" maximum diameter. Blocks can be made in the shapes shown, or to your own, although asymmetrical shapes are hand carved. (Also note that I do not have the tooling needed to make 'puzzle' blocks.) Crowns can be made with oval bases and round tops if desired. Priority Mail flat rate shipping is used whenever possible to save shipping costs.
